    • Worked closely with grade level teammates to design and implement a balanced and differentiated curriculum that met the individual needs of all students while aligning with State Standards. Helped move 40 of 65 7th grade students more than one year's progress on 2009 State ELA exam (19 of those from 2–3).
    • Worked to improve reading and writing vocabulary, with special focus on English Language Learners.
